Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, modified food starch, whey, mono and diglycerides, vegetable gum, salt, artificial flavor. Net wt. 71 oz. Case wt. 26 lb. 10 oz. Serving size: 2 tbs. (19 g dry) Servings per container: 106 Directions: For whipped topping: combine 1 cup mix with 7 oz. ice water. Beat on high speed for 3-5 minutes until peaks form. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated after mixed. Yields four 2/3 cup servings. For Frosting: Combine 1 cup mix with 4 oz. water. Beat on high speed until smooth. Add 1 tsp. cocoa and tsp. sugar for chocolate flavor. Add 1 pkg. of kool-aid drink mix for a fruit flavor. For Mousse: combine 1 cup with 2 tsp. cocoa, 2 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. clearjel. Beat on high speed till smooth. |
