Ingredients: Dehydrated diced carrots, starch coated. No preservatives added. Net wt. 38 oz. Case wt. 14 lb. 4 oz. Serving size: 1/2 cup cooked (21 g) Servings per container: 51 Directions: Combine 1/2 cup carrots dices to 1-1 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Season as desired and serve. Yield: 1 cup cooked carrots. Added uses: add to soups, stew, or casseroles. |
