Ingredients: Enriched bleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin), partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils (vegetable shortening only),
leavening (sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), dextrose, salt, sweet whey solids, buttermilk solids. Net wt. 51 oz. Servings Size: 1/3 cup 40g Servings per container: 36 Directions: Add 2/3 cup water to 2 cups mix in mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon 1-2 minutes (30-50 strokes). Dough will have visible shortening lumps. Turn dough out onto floured board and knead 15 seconds. Roll out, fold in half once, turn one quarter turn, roll to desired thickness. Cut once, turn one quarter turn, roll to desired thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Yeild: 10-12 biscuits. |
