Super Pails - How we pack them.
The mylar bag is opened up and placed inside the bucket, then the bucket is filled to the top with your food. Two oxygen absorber packets are placed on the top. Then all possible air is squeezed out and the top of the bag is heat sealed shut.

Air is made up of:
Nitrogen: 78% (Completely inert gas)
Oxygen: 21%
Argon: almost 1% (Completely inert gas)
With the bag sealed, the oxygen absorbers absorb the oxygen. As there is nothing to displace the removed oxygen with, the bag is put under a partial vacuum. All that remains in the bag is nitrogen and traces of a few other inert gasses. Because of the air proof nature of the mylar bag, your product will remain 99.5% oxygen free.
